Embroidered Patches
Embroidered patches are our most popular type of patch and offer a classic, professional appearance. Your design is stitched with a needle into our cotton twill material. Then the patch is finished with a wrapped stiching called a 'merrowed' border. We will laser cut the border for custom shapes that cannot accept a merrow. Embroidered patches are used by organizations such as the military, police, fire departments, and EMT in addition to outerwear brands, small clubs and creative clothing designers alike. Hook & Loop backing (similar to Velcro) is available for military applications.

How it Works
- Receive a Digital Proof within 1 business day. Approve or request changes from your customer account.
- If Sample Photo is selected, receive it within 5 business days of approving your digital proof.
- Once all approvals are complete, Turnaround starts and your Ship Date is posted to your customer account.
